Like every year, Dacia offers to the inhabitants of Mioveni en extraordinary show on the occasion of the France Day. Saturday, 16th of July, on the Syndicates House Plateau in the city, the Bere Gratis and Fly Project groups will perform a concert starting at 20.30 o’clock.
“We invite all the inhabitants of Mioveni and from the neighbourhoods to celebrate with us. Even more, in this year we are waiting for them to come with their whole families, because besides the two groups, Bere Gratis and Fly Project, we have also arranged an area for the kids,” declared Anca Oreviceanu, the Communication Director of Dacia.
Before the concert, on the Syndicates House Plateau, professional entertainers will animate the atmosphere since 19.00 o’clock. The parents may bring the kids in places specially designated for face painting. The event is promoted by the traditional media partners: Kiss FM and Days and Nights publication.
The traffic will be closed on the following streets: Tudor Musatescu, Radu cel Frumos and Dacia Boulevard (on the section in front of the Culture House), with at least 3 hours before the concert.
The event is organized in partnership with the Mioveni City Hall and Mioveni Local Council. Ion Georgescu, the Mayor of Mioveni city, whishes health and prosperity to the employees on the platform in Mioveni on the occasion of 14 July, a day celebrated in the spirit of freedom that the French people gained in 1789.
The tradition of annual concerts organized by Automobile Dacia on the occasion of France Day in Mioveni has been initiated in 2006, with a concert performed by Stefan Banica Jr., and it has continued with Holograf (2007), Voltaj (2008), Aurelian Temisan, Daniel Iordachioaie and the O-la-la group (2009) and Directia 5 (2010).
