„The artist George Enescu, as well as Dacia left Romania and conquered the world. The George Enescu Festival is one of the strongest brands of Romania and for Dacia the association to an event of this magnitude is an honour. On the other side, by their international vocation, both of them are brands that Romanians should be proud of, as they successfully contribute to the formation of another perspective upon Romania.”, declared Jérôme Olive, the general director of Automobile Dacia and of the Renault Group in Romania.
„We wanted in these difficult times to bring along with us as many indigenous brands as possible. The „George Enescu” Festival is an occasion for us to show to the world what potential there is in Romania, but also to remind to Romanians the real international values. The presence of Dacia along with other strong indigenous partners is an evidence in addition of the fact that our festival gathers in a place what is representative for our times – creativity, capacity to adapt and the spirit of competition”, declared the president of the George Enescu Festival, Ioan Holender.
Dacia has a tradition in the association to some of the most important cultural events in Romania, being the partner of the Gopo Awards and of the „Gaudeamus” Book Fair.
